The Jungle Body with Kirsten


Get ready to Dance, Squat, Box, Pump and Twerk in the worlds most fierce workouts: The Jungle Body.



I run 2 x classes a week & I'm qualified in three of The Jungle Body Programs - KONGA, TYGA and VYPA. 

I have participants from 13 years old to 60 years young!  We work hard, we sweat but most of all we have FUN! (That is what my classes are all about!) From those who have been coming to class from day one, to new participants who fall in love with the program, just as I did, everyone and anyone is welcome!  

KONGA is a dance cardio fitness program with easy to follow moves and a killer playlist! Rather than focusing on getting the moves right, you can focus on going harder, lower, higher, getting the most out of your workout! 

TYGA offers dancehall and afro tracks that sculpt your body and improve your cardio fitness.

VYPA is a kickboxing inspired program that will push you to your limits!    

We work out with the lights off, disco lights on & music up loud! 

4 easy steps per track & I will provide you with high & low impact options. You can expect to DANCE, BOX, RUN, JUMP, BURPEE & SHAKE to music from all decades. It's the PERFECT way to workout! 

Just bring water, sweat towel & yoga mat for floor work!
