The Jungle Body with Kris


I’m an instructor for The Jungle Body® that provides FEMALE ONLY classes. Being fully qualified in all 5 awesome programmes being KONGA® - boxing, squats, cardio, TYGA® - twerking, afro, reggaeton, VYPA® - kickboxing/MMA inspired, JAGUA® - strength, balance and toning & BURN® - dumbell integrated workout. I provide a vast wide variety in all classes.

Monday night is a mix of KONGA®, TYGA®, VYPA® & JAGUA®
Wednesday night is a mix of just KONGA® & BURN®

All you need to bring water, sweat towel, mat & dumbells (for Wednesday nights) Some spare mats and dumbells available.
